Our PCH 1270/1272 Compact Vibration Guards compare the actual vibration level with the internal thresholds 10 times per second and makes it suitable for early warning or even for emergency shutdown of your machinery. Standard ISO 10816(10-1000 Hz) or customized filter ranges can be delivered. PCH1270/PCH1272 is ideal as part of the safety chain for dangerous machinery, where high accuracy and fast response time is important. PCH 1270/1272 complies to Functional Safety (EN13849), PL-d (SIL 2). A frequency response curve follows each calibrated Vibration Guard delivered by PCH Engineering. You can adjust the measuring range, vibration alarm levels, delay and hang times directly in the monitor with no use of PC.
